My mission is simple: help companies scale their engineering teams without the delays, costs, and frustrations of traditional hiring. No recruiters, no unnecessary management layers, and no developers juggling multiple client projects just dedicated engineering talent focused entirely on your product.
I founded XSpot after witnessing the same challenge across startups and growing businesses. Companies were spending months sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding engineers, only to face high hiring costs, agency markups, and limited visibility into who was actually building their products. In many cases, developers were spread across multiple projects, leading to divided attention and slower delivery.
